Juliana is Head of Digital Transformation Office at NTUC Income. Today, Income is Singapore’s largest composite insurer serving the protection, savings and investment needs of more than two million customers and possess over $30 billion worth of assets. Juliana is trained in Computer Science, Intellectual Property Law, and International Business Management at Loughborough UK, NUS Law, and INSEAD respectively. She has worked across continents in the US, China, Japan, UK and Singapore, and is inventor to 6 patents and applications. Prior to Income, Juliana is Director of the IP Office of Singapore (IPOS) International and forayed into US, China, Japan and Singapore markets successfully for IPOS’ international products. Over the 15 years career, Juliana served the world #1 innovation leader - IBM (UK), Asia leading IP law firm - Spruson & Ferguson, Singapore largest technology transfer office - Exploit Technologies of A*STAR, Japan leading materials MNC - Nitto Denko, Singapore government - IPOS International and have also launched 2 startups into international markets.
